Privacy Policy

Overview

FourWinds is designed to respect your privacy. The app does not require an account with us. Game settings and your chosen display name may be stored on your device. When you play online, we use that display name so other players can identify you at the table.

Information collected by the app

FourWinds stores game settings and preferences locally on your device. That information is not sent to us for advertising.

If you set a display name for multiplayer, that name is stored with your lobby session so it can be shown to other players in a room.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and third parties

FourWinds shows banner advertisements on menu and lobby screens through Google AdMob. Full-screen interstitial ads may appear at natural breaks: after a completed hand in single-player, and before match setup in multiplayer. How often those full-screen ads appear is limited by AdMob frequency capping. Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers, advertising data, coarse location derived from IP address, crash logs, and performance diagnostics to serve and measure ads.

In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, a consent message may appear before personalized ads are requested. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising technologies pages.

Support communications

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and description of the issue. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.

Children's privacy

FourWinds is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the advertising in the app is not tagged as child-directed.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes how information is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those changes take effect.
